🎮 CMGT GAMES SHOWCASE @ SICKHOUSE

Saxion and its Creative Media and Game Technologies department (CMGT) joined Sickhouse in a very exciting collaboration! We asked the CMGT students to take our theme for The Overkill 2023 (The Outburst Of The Digital Swamp) and use it as a base for them to create playful installations and games. The results of these projects will be showcased during The Overkill Festival!

🌟 Thursday 18.00 to 22.00 there's a special opening for students, colleagues, and teachers. You can walk through the exhibition at 7 PM and show off your games to a Jury. They'll pick the best ones for The Overkill Festival!

🎉 Friday 19.00 to 00.00 is Game Night + Colliders. Sickhouse is open to the public from 7 PM to midnight. Join us for gaming, chatting about projects, and hanging out with fellow gamers and makers. It'll be a blast! 💥

🌞 Saturday 16.00 to 22.00 & Sunday 13.00 to 17.00. Both days are for everyone to come and explore awesome games!

🌟SELECTION FOR THE OVERKILL FESTIVAL

There will be a selection made with the Jury in discussion with Aike and Marie.The Jury is constituted of

- Zuraida Buter (game and playful curator)

- Thomas de Groot (game researcher, Thales)

- Pablo San Gregorio (game designer Studio Shaman garage)

🏅We also have a cool public competition! The winner will have the chance the exhibit their game at The Overkill Festivall as well as receive keys to some cool indie games. Voting will be done by the public with stickers that they will receive. Place your sticker on your favorite game to vote!
