Movement Research for Contact Improvisation Workshop

In this workshop, we'll explore movement research and how it can inform and enhance our experience of contact improvisation. Through warm-ups, movement explorations, and reflective exercises, we'll investigate weight, space, time, and energy, and practice foundational skills such as listening and responding to our partner's movements. By the end, participants will have a deeper connection to their own bodies and movement potential, as well as a greater understanding of how to approach movement research to enhance their improvisational practice.
